
Copa Coca Cola record Champions St. Mary’s SS Kitende have named their Final squad for the 2022 Uganda Secondary school sports Association National Boys football championship.
The named squad features several Startimes Uganda premier league players including Vipers SC’s duo of custodian Jack Komakech and midfielder Najib Yiga, Kcca FC duo of Charles Lwanga and Andrew Kawooya ( on loan at Updf) plus Bright Stars’ Ivan Irinimbabazi who recently joined SMASK from Royal Giants.
There are also places for Lukuya Kenneth, Alex Kizito, Opiro Justin, Luyima Enock, Yiga Steven, Madoi Ronald,Torach Rogers, Mukisa Simon, Kato Derrick, Frank Katongole, Ngonde Elvis, Olega Brian, Tumwine Fazil ,Mutebi Hakim , Oloya Habibu, Mpanga Sula and Hussan Mubiru.
However,a notable name missing from the travelling party to Arua is Vipers exciting midfielder Ivan Asaba ‘Di Maria’ who is one of several players that were part of the Smask side that lost to Buddo SS in the just concluded Wakiso District qualifiers finals, only to be left out on this occasion.

St Mary’s Kitende were drawn in Group A with Buremba Secondary School ,Bugangari Secondary School , MPIGI Mixed, Fort portal secondary school , Dynamic SS, Lake side, Masese and Ikiki SS.
Coached by Edward Golola, Male, and Richard Wasswa, Smask will kick start their title defence on 19th April 2022 against Ikiki SS at 9:00am.
