Uganda U-19 Girls Shine Bright with Bronze at ITTF Africa Youth Championships

Uganda’s Under-19 girls’ table tennis team has etched its name among the continent’s top-performing sides after capturing a bronze medal in the team event at the ongoing 2026 ITTF Africa Youth Championships in Accra, Ghana.

The podium finish marks another significant achievement for Ugandan table tennis, with the young athletes delivering a series of disciplined and determined performances that saw them compete confidently against Africa’s traditional powerhouses.
