Jipra managed to hold Tawheed to a 1-1 draw, but Tawheed emerged victorious in the penalty shootout, securing a spot in the semifinals. Jinja SS showcased their strength with a 2-1 victory over Jinja City, while LakeSide School dominated Butiiki College with an impressive 4-1 win.
However, amidst the excitement, unfortunate news emerged from the tournament grounds. Reports surfaced regarding Busalaamu Secondary School’s disqualification. The school allegedly lodged a petition against Jinja Comprehensive, resulting in their elimination from the quarter-finals.
