

Former Kawempe Muslim Ladies FC midfielder Tracy Jones Akiror has returned to the Crested Cranes setup ahead of this year’s CECAFA Women’s Championship and TotalEnergies Women Africa Cup of Nations.
The USA based midfielder and a former Crested Cranes captain who missed the Cosafa championship and Awcon qualifiers is part of the the provisional squad of 47 players Crested Cranes head coach George Lutalo has summoned to kick-start preparations ahead of the aforementioned tournaments.
The named provisional squad is composed of players featuring both in the domestic league (FUFA Women Super League) and a legion of foreign based players led by Crested Cranes captain Ruth Aturo.
