In the table tennis arena, Mbogo High’s girls’ team demonstrated their dominance with a commanding 3-0 victory over Masaka SS, while Mbogo College asserted their prowess with another resounding 3-0 win against Mbogo Mixed. Meanwhile, in the boys’ division, Kibuli SS swept past Kakungulu Memorial with a flawless 3-0 triumph, while Masaka SS succumbed to a crushing defeat against Mbogo Mixed with a scoreline of 0-3. Mbogo College faced a tough challenge against Kakungulu Memorial, ultimately falling short with a 1-3 defeat.
In the enthralling handball matches, the girls’ division witnessed intense showdowns, with Gombe SS and Kawanda SS ending in a thrilling deadlock at 20-20. Kawanda SS edged past Kakungulu Memorial with a narrow 22-19 victory, while Kibuli SS clinched a hard-fought win against Mbogo High with a final scoreline of 26-23.
On the boys’ handball court, Gombe SS showcased their dominance with a convincing 20-14 win over Kawanda SS, while Kakungulu Memorial secured a close 22-18 victory against Mbogo Mixed, highlighting the competitive spirit and skill on display throughout the tournament.
