Among the highlights of this exhilarating event were the remarkable performances of the Football Girls division, where teams displayed skill, determination, and sportsmanship.
In a stunning showcase of dominance, Kawempe Muslim A triumphed over Kabukunge Muslim with an awe-inspiring scoreline of 24-0, leaving spectators captivated by their prowess on the field. The midfielder for Kawempe Muslim Ladies FC, Agnes Nabukenya, magnificently contributed 14 goals to the team’s impressive tally. Their momentum remained unwavering as they clinched yet another victory against Kakungulu High, commanding the field with a resounding score of 4-1, thereby exemplifying their steadfast dedication to excellence.
However, the competition was fierce, with each match presenting new challenges and opportunities for growth. Masaka SS delivered a stunning upset, edging out Kawempe Muslim B with a narrow 1-0 victory, showcasing the unpredictability and excitement that characterize sports at its finest.
Kakungulu High emerged as another formidable force in the tournament, showcasing their offensive prowess with an astounding 15-0 victory over Kinaawa High School Kawempe. Their performance left an indelible mark on the competition, serving as a testament to their dedication and skill on the pitch.
Not to be outdone, Kawempe Muslim SS B showcased their talent and tenacity, securing a convincing 7-0 win against Kigumba SS, further solidifying their reputation as a force to be reckoned with in the world of school football.
