The stage is set for two electrifying teams (Guinea and Zambia) that kick – started their CHAN 2020 campaign with the most convincing results, to pit each other on Saturday, January 23.

Guinea’s playmaker and most valuable player against Namibia – Morlaye Sylla, 22, has exclusively told mysoccer24.com that his team must not be defeated.

“Our next match is a final for the both teams. If we cannot win, we avoid defeat.”

Sylla voiced.

Talking about his superb finish against Namibia, the lad continued;

“When I am in my room, I tell myself that I have to score. So when I had that opportunity and saw two players coming, I shemied and curled

“We saw Zambia. They’re well muscled. Their attackers move a lot. They have a good left back as well. If we can stop these avenues, we increase our chances of winning.”

Guinea’s number 10 opined.

“We are here to win the tournament but it needs for us to make it pass the first round, before the quarters, semis, and later the trophy.”

Sylla so far lays claim to the goal of the tournament contender with that beauty against Namibia.

Group D is still widely opened, but a team might be ousted from the quarter finals race on Saturday.
